What happens if everything is gone?

So what happens if everything disappears?

 

This past couple weeks I've had to deal with everything gone. Everything just disappeared from my computer because the hard drive issue on I reinstalled Windows 10 on a different hard drive, that's what I've been using. But everything from the past 4 years is gone. This includes items like intros, logos, random stuff I've made, everything. Now I've come to realize that it's recoverable. But at the moment, it seems I won't be seeing my information anytime soon.
